May the Solutions to Our Challenges be Forever in our Favour
17th-19th NOVEMBER 2017, AMSTERDAM
SenseCamp is an unconference for social entrepreneurship and innovation. The highly interactive and community-based event brings together the global MakeSense network and regional ecosystems to boost action and engagement.
SenseCamp is the place to discover and exchange new ideas, actionable insights and both success and failure stories. And in the evening, you can shake out some moves at the infamous NonSense party!
Launched in 2012 in Berlin, SenseCamps have happened all over the world, from São Paulo to Singapore, and have featured speakers such as Prof. Muhammad Yunus, Prof. Guenter Faltin, Liam Black, Charles Eisenstein, Rodrigo Baggio, and many more.
During SenseCamp Amsterdam 2017 we will focus on three main topics: Food, Gender Equality and Civic Engagement.
Join us and you could become a local changemaker with a global mission, discover amazing ways to collaborate with social enterprises making a change on those areas you care about, or co-create the future you want. What else? All this packed with surprise game formats designed by LogicLocks. Expect three days full of impact, engagement and fun!
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
No ID required, and no minimum (or maximum) age. Everyone welcome.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Amsterdam is small, and we hope your accommodation solution is near the venue. Even if it isn't, we suggest using public transport or rent a bike. Tram lines 9, 10 & 14 have very close stops, for the 9 it is 1e v.Swindenstraat (though it also stops at the stop of the 10 & 14, it is one stop earlier), and for the 10 & 14 it is Alexanderplein.
There is lots of bike parking all over the place around the venue location, and parking for cars is available as well just beside the building, but it is paid of course. You can also park a car in one of the streets close by, the price is or 3 or 4 euros per hour (the location is just on the border of 2 different parking tariffs).
